Ceramic material

Ceramic material is a class of inorganic nonmetal material made from natural or synthetic compounds by forming and high - temperature sintering processing. It has a high melting point, high hardness, high wear resistance, oxidation resistance, and other advantages.
Ceramic materials are divided into two categories: ordinary ceramic (traditional ceramic) and special ceramic (modern ceramic) materials.
Ordinary ceramic materials
It is formed by sintering the natural materials such as feldspar, clay and quartz, which is the typical silicate material. Ordinary ceramic has abundant sources, low cost and mature technology. According to the performance and usage, it can be divided into daily-used ceramic, building ceramic, electrical insulation ceramic and chemical ceramic, etc.
    Special ceramic materials
It is made of high purity synthetic materials via precise forming and sintering process, and generally it has some special properties in order to meet the various needs.
Special ceramic materials can be divided into structural ceramics, tool ceramics and functional ceramics according to the different purposes.
High purity and ultrafine ceramic powder is essential important to the real performance of ceramics. Topaz wet grinding machine can be used to make the ultrafine or even nano-size ceramic powders with high purity and non-contamination. For the different products with water-based or solvent-based mediums, we can provide the relevant materials for your choice. Topaz grinding machine is your best choice to process for the high purity ultrafine ceramics powder.
